Description
The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify organizations capable of administering or delivering services under the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) program within the counties of Adams, Blackford, Huntington, Jay, Randolph, and Wells in Indiana.
