Description
The RGC Junior Research Fellow Scheme (JRFS) provides structured support for promising early-career postdoctoral researchers—both local and international—at UGC-funded universities in Hong Kong. The fellowship aims to nurture emerging research talent across all academic disciplines, offering a pathway for postdocs to transition into junior academic roles such as Assistant Professor or Research Assistant Professor during the fellowship period. The program strengthens research culture in Hong Kong by supporting professional development and incentivizing research careers.
