--- ## Description The Mayo Clinic Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery Fellowship in Rochester, Minnesota offers comprehensive, high-volume training in complex rhinologic and skull base surgery. The program emphasizes a mentorship model, pairing fellows with expert faculty to ensure continuity of care, deep surgical experience, and strong professional relationships. Training includes advanced endoscopic and open procedures for sinonasal, orbital, and skull base disorders, with exposure to techniques such as functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), CSF leak repair, endoscopic orbital and optic nerve surgeries, transsphenoidal pituitary approaches, and management of sinonasal malignancies.
