--- ## Description The Richard A. Horovitz Fund for Professional Development honors the legacy of Richard Horovitz by supporting African artists and scholars specializing in the humanities, arts, or social sciences. The fund provides a one-time financial award to assist with graduate study or professional development at accredited U.S. universities, cultural, or artistic institutions.
