--- ## Description This award supports mid-career professionals in nuclear medicine or nuclear radiology by providing funding for continuing education activities that directly advance their careers. The grant is intended to enable recipients to participate in courses, scientific meetings, seminars, additional training, or other professional development activities that foster significant career growth and leadership within the field. The program is administered by the Education and Research Foundation for Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (ERF). --- ## Due Dates - March 31, 2026: Full application submission deadline (submissions due by 5:00 PM Eastern Time) --- ## Funding Amount - One-time grant of $7,500 (USD) - Funds may be used for: - Enrollment in courses - Scientific meetings - Seminars - Additional training - Other well-justified professional development activities that support career advancement --- ## Eligibility Applicants must meet **all** of the following criteria: - Hold a doctoral degree (M.D.) from an accredited institution. - Be employed full-time as an M.D., either nationally or internationally. - Be more than 10 years beyond their final year of residency. - Be more than 10 years from expected retirement. - Previous recipients of this award are not eligible. - The $7,500 grant will be paid in USD; proposals may include plans offered nationally or internationally. --- ## Application Process - Prepare a single PDF application package containing: 1. Applicant Curriculum Vitae 2. Advancement plan with a line-item budget for the $7,500 award 3. Letter of recommendation/support from a supervisor - Combine all components into one PDF in the specified order.
