Description
This grant supports early-career basic or clinical scientists to conduct innovative research in nuclear medicine focused on neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). The goal is to enable young investigators to generate preliminary data that may lead to larger funding opportunities from other foundations, corporations, or government agencies. The award is co-sponsored by the Neuroendocrine Tumor Research Foundation (NETRF) and requires recipients to provide regular progress and budget reports and present findings at the annual NETRF Research Symposium. Follow-up outcome updates are expected up to five years post-award.
