The Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne's operational funding program is designed to support nonprofit organizations that align with one of five strategic pillars: Connected Community, Everyone's Economy, Lifelong Learning, Inspiring Places, and Healthy Mind & Body. Grants are intended to enhance the well-being and quality of life for residents in Allen County and Northeast Indiana by providing flexible, unrestricted funds for organizational operations.
