Rising Together Grants are the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne’s flagship operational funding program, designed to support nonprofit organizations whose work aligns with one of five pillars from the “Let’s Rise!” Vision Plan: Connected Community, Everyone’s Economy, Lifelong Learning, Inspiring Places, and Healthy Mind & Body. Grants are intended to provide unrestricted operational support (not project-specific funding) to organizations making a broad impact on community well-being and quality of life in Allen County, Indiana.
