Description
The River Valley Health Fund (RVHF), managed by the Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley, provides grants to support projects that improve the health and well-being of residents in the Ohio Valley region. The fund was established with assets from the sale of regional medical centers and is dedicated to continuing charitable outreach in health education, screenings, nutrition, food security, and access to primary health and dental care. Funding is prioritized for initiatives benefiting vulnerable children, at-risk elderly, and indigent populations.
