Description
Pennsylvania’s Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) offers Rivers Conservation Grants through its Community Conservation Partnerships Program. The program protects and enhances the conservation or recreational value of Pennsylvania’s rivers, streams, creeks, lakes, ponds, wetlands, and other significant water resources.
Projects may restore streams and wetlands, remove small dams, or improve access through boat launches, boardwalks, and fishing facilities. Funding also supports land acquisition, watershed and site planning, and regional or statewide partnerships that build capacity for waterway conservation and recreation.
