Description
ROAD Forward is a flagship initiative of the Enterprise Holdings Foundation designed to advance social equity in the communities where Enterprise Mobility operates across North America and Europe. Launched in 2020, the program aims to distribute nearly $165 million in grants by 2030 to local nonprofits and key partners. ROAD Forward focuses on three core areas: early childhood development, youth health and wellness, and career and college preparation. The initiative empowers organizations to address social and racial equity gaps, broaden opportunities for young people, and strengthen neighborhoods through targeted grantmaking and strategic partnerships.
