Rose’s Youth Philanthropists (RYP) Grants, administered by the Community Foundation of Elmira-Corning and the Finger Lakes, are designed to fund projects that make a meaningful difference for youth in Chemung and Southeastern Steuben counties, NY. This program is unique for its youth-driven approach: young committee members review and recommend proposals, ensuring youth voices are central to both project development and grantmaking. Supported initiatives span human services, arts and culture, education, health, environment, and civic affairs, with an emphasis on community engagement, empowerment, diversity, creativity, and fostering civic pride.
