This opportunity, coordinated by the Association for Academic Surgery (AAS) in partnership with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) Younger Fellows Committee, is an international leadership and academic exchange for early-career surgeons. The program aims to foster the exchange of ideas and expertise in surgical practice, research, education, and policy between AAS members and their Australasian counterparts.
