This opportunity is an international leadership and academic exchange coordinated by the Association for Academic Surgery (AAS) in partnership with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) Younger Fellows Committee. The program aims to foster the exchange of ideas and information on clinical, scientific, and policy aspects of surgery between AAS members and their Australasian counterparts.
