Description
The Royal Society Wolfson Fellowship is designed to help UK universities and not-for-profit research institutions attract and recruit exceptional international research leaders to relocate to the UK. The scheme provides flexible, long-term support (up to five years) to enable institutions to strategically strengthen their research capabilities in priority areas within the natural sciences. Funding is intended to support high-quality research, leadership development, and the integration of new talent into the UK research landscape. The programme emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and equitable access, and is jointly funded by the Royal Society, the Wolfson Foundation, and the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade.
