This opportunity funds the development, delivery, and coordination of nationally available technical assistance (TA) to support community-based organizations and rural health stakeholders serving rural populations. The program aims to improve and expand the delivery and access to quality healthcare in rural communities by providing targeted, evidence-informed TA, developing best practice resources, and facilitating partnerships at local, regional, state, and national levels. The funded organization will work closely with the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) and other stakeholders to address rural health priorities, support grant-funded projects, and build sustainable healthcare capacity in rural areas.
