Description
The Rural Grants initiative from the Daniel Foundation of Alabama is designed to strengthen and support projects and programming in rural Alabama counties facing significant challenges. The program targets organizations working in counties identified as Tier 1 or Tier 2 based on population, child well-being, and poverty metrics, with a preference for Tier 1 counties. The initiative seeks to address the unique needs of these communities, enhance organizational capacity, and improve the quality of life for residents. Projects must be fully delivered within eligible rural counties.
