Description
This program provides a single cooperative agreement to support analysis and technical assistance for rural stakeholders, enabling them to understand and participate in the evolving landscape of value-based care. The goal is to build rural providers’ capacity to succeed in current and emerging payment and delivery system models designed to improve the quality and value of rural health care.
