The Rural Maternity and Obstetrics Management Strategies (Rural MOMS) program aims to enhance access to and quality of maternity and obstetrics care in rural communities. Through cooperative agreements, the program supports collaborative improvement and innovation networks, encouraging partnerships among health care providers, local governments, and organizations to address gaps in rural maternal health services.
