Description
The Jeanne E. Harris Chrysalis Scholarship offers financial support to women graduate students in geoscience who are nearing completion of their thesis or dissertation but have experienced a significant interruption in their academic progress due to life circumstances. The scholarship is designed to help cover expenses directly related to finishing a degree, such as thesis/dissertation preparation, travel for defense, required tuition in the final stages, and dependent care. The goal is to alleviate barriers and enable recipients to achieve their academic and professional objectives in the geosciences.
