The Sarcoma Foundation of America (SFA) Research Grants are the foundation’s cornerstone research funding program. They support investigations into the etiology, molecular biology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of human sarcomas. The program welcomes all areas of sarcoma research, including pre-clinical, translational, and clinical studies, rather than limiting support to a single topic or stage of investigation.
The goal is to support research that produces improved therapeutic options for sarcoma patients. The program also advances SFA’s broader mission to fund research and increase awareness and advocacy for patients and their families. Investigators inside and outside the United States may apply, with awards supporting equipment, supplies, other research expenses, and specified research personnel costs.
