Description
The SBIR/STTR Match Program provides Illinois-based small businesses and startups that have received federal SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) or STTR (Small Business Technology Transfer) awards with additional state funding. The goal is to strengthen the impact of federal research investments, foster commercialization of innovative technologies, and stimulate economic growth and job creation within Illinois. The program supports both Phase I and Phase II SBIR/STTR awardees, offering state matches to help bridge funding gaps and accelerate the path to market.
