Description
The SBIR/STTR Match Program supports Illinois-based small businesses that have secured federal Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) or Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) awards by providing state-level matching funds. The goal is to foster innovation, accelerate the commercialization of advanced technologies, and promote economic growth and job creation in Illinois. The program offers non-competitive, first-come, first-served grants that supplement federal Phase I and Phase II awards, enabling businesses to further develop and bring their products, processes, or services to market.
