Description
The Gladys Krieble Delmas Foundation’s Scholars’ Publication Subventions extend its Venetian Research Program support into the publication stage. The program helps disseminate scholarship accomplished with a Delmas research grant, including individual-author publications and multi-author works in which a substantial portion of the research received Delmas funding.
Grants are paid to publishers, with attention to how the support would improve the published work, strengthen its circulation, and affect pricing. The program supports works already accepted by a reputable publisher. Foundation staff also welcome discussion of subventions for work published in electronic venues, allowing consideration of digital publication alongside other publishing formats.
