Description
This grant provides financial assistance to elementary, middle, or high schools for in-service education in mathematics. It is designed to support the development and implementation of professional development programs that enhance mathematics instruction for teachers at the PK–12 level. Proposals must clearly describe the need for the program, outline a specific professional development plan including mathematics content and scope, and detail anticipated outcomes and assessment methods. Programs that integrate technology to enhance student learning are encouraged, though funds cannot be used for equipment or staff travel. The initiative aims to have a measurable impact on mathematics teaching and learning within the recipient school.
