Description
Sciana: The Health Leaders Network is a prestigious two-year fellowship programme designed to foster systems leadership for health, care, and wellbeing across Europe. Supported by the Health Foundation (UK), Careum Stiftung (Switzerland), and Robert Bosch Stiftung (Germany), the initiative brings together up to 18 outstanding mid-to-senior level health leaders from the UK, Germany, and Switzerland. Fellows participate in residential and online sessions focused on cross-country and interdisciplinary collaboration, leadership for digital transformation, and collective problem-solving for future health and wellbeing challenges. The programme offers a unique space for reflection, learning, and building lasting alliances, with continued engagement opportunities beyond the initial fellowship.
