Sciana: The Health Leaders Network is a two-year systems leadership fellowship designed to unite mid-to-senior health leaders from the UK, Germany, and Switzerland. Supported by the Health Foundation, Careum Stiftung, and Robert Bosch Stiftung, the program aims to foster cross-country and interdisciplinary collaboration, enabling fellows to experiment with innovative approaches and build alliances that drive systemic change in health and wellbeing. The fellowship blends residential and online learning, focusing on systems leadership for health in a digital age, and encourages reflection, dialogue, and lasting engagement beyond the initial program. The next cohort (Cohort 9) will emphasize digital transformation, health equity, and resilience in health systems.
