Description
Sciana: The Health Leaders Network is a two-year residential and online systems leadership fellowship supported by the Health Foundation, Careum Stiftung and Robert Bosch Stiftung in collaboration with Salzburg Global Seminar. It brings leaders together across national and professional boundaries to exchange approaches, build alliances and explore future challenges for health, care and wellbeing. Fellows work in small teams on the Sciana Challenge, an applied leadership project exploring system interventions and cross-boundary collaboration.
The ninth cohort’s theme is systems leadership for health in a digital age. It examines digital transformation in health systems and how wider digital environments affect behaviour, wellbeing and health equity. Areas of focus include system readiness and resilience, digital and health literacy, and the effects of social media and AI on mental health, trust and social cohesion.
