Description
Sciana: The Health Leaders Network is a prestigious two-year systems leadership fellowship designed to convene outstanding mid-to-senior health leaders from the UK, Germany, and Switzerland. The programme aims to foster deep cross-country and interdisciplinary collaboration to collectively address future challenges in health, care, and wellbeing—particularly those arising from digital transformation and the evolving digital landscape. Fellows participate in a blend of residential and online activities, engage in collaborative projects, and receive mentorship from experienced leaders and advisors. The initiative is jointly supported by the Health Foundation (UK), Careum Stiftung (Switzerland), and Robert Bosch Stiftung (Germany), in partnership with Salzburg Global Seminar.
