Philanthropic Ventures Foundation’s Science Resource Grants help TK–12 teachers at low-income public schools enhance their classroom science curriculum. The program emphasizes hands-on learning, projects, supplies, and professional development, with grants specifically supporting classroom materials focused on life sciences and chemistry. Its goal is to help teachers bring practical science activities into their lessons and equip students for hands-on project work.
Supported resources include safety goggles and lab coats, water testing materials, chemistry lab sets, microscopes and slides, and bird feeder, DNA, and soil kits.
