Description
The Section 5303 (Metropolitan Planning) and Section 5304 (Statewide Planning) Programs, administered by the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT), provide financial support to Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) and select urban transit systems for comprehensive transportation planning.
