Description
Alaska NSF EPSCoR Seed Awards are designed to catalyze new research, education, and economic development initiatives that align with the Interface of Change project, which aims to build scientific capacity and address climate-driven challenges in Alaska. The program supports faculty, postdoctoral researchers, students, educators, entrepreneurs, and community partners in developing projects that expand upon current Interface of Change themes, foster community engagement, and contribute to the state's scientific and economic advancement. Seed Awards encourage the development of new research questions, especially those emerging from community-identified needs, and provide a pathway for project ideas to grow into larger, collaborative efforts.
