Description
The SEED Grants program, administered by the Arts and Science Council, is designed to nurture and elevate creative talent within the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community. Established in 2017, these grants provide $3,000 to selected creatives, enabling them to further develop their artistic practice, experiment with new tools, build additional skills, and reach new milestones in their careers. SEED Grants are awarded annually to individuals nominated by ASC Fellows, recognizing both mentorship and outstanding creative achievement. The program supports a broad range of creative disciplines, from visual and media arts to literature, dance, and music.
