--- ## Description This community grant supports nonprofit organizations delivering direct services that enhance the wellbeing of adults aged 65 and older who are at risk of isolation or unable to access community programs. Funding priorities include essential home modifications to enable safe, independent living; wellness and physical activities to improve health; and social or recreational engagement to reduce isolation.
