Description
The Sewage Facilities Program (SFP), established under Act 13 of 2012 and funded through the Marcellus Legacy Fund, provides financial support for planning work necessary to comply with the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act (Act 537). This program is designed to aid in the development, revision, and improvement of sewage facilities throughout Pennsylvania by supporting eligible entities in the completion of required planning activities. Funding is intended to cover costs associated with preparing or updating Act 537 plans, which are essential for the sustainable management of sewage facilities across the state.
