Description
The SFY2027 Regional Water Plan Grants, administered by the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD), provide financial support to local governments, authorities, school systems, regional commissions, and other public entities in Georgia. The program is designed to help these organizations implement management practices and recommendations from Georgia’s ten Regional Water Plans, with the goal of promoting sustainable water use, improving water quality, and fostering effective regional water planning across the state. Projects must align with the objectives of the Regional Water Planning Councils and demonstrate collaboration among local, regional, and state partners.
