Description
Strategic Grants from the Community Foundation of Frederick County are designed to support nonprofit and community-based initiatives that address the most urgent needs identified in Frederick County’s Human Needs Assessment. Current funding priorities include supporting families with children (especially those below the ALICE threshold), preparing for a growing aging population, and responding to Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Additional focus areas are access to affordable housing, mental health, and reducing disparities in service delivery. Projects should demonstrate measurable community impact and align with the foundation’s strategic priorities.
