Description
This grant supports SHRM members seeking to earn their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential. Recipients receive the SHRM Learning System and a certification exam seat for either credential, to be used in the designated Spring or Winter testing windows. The grant is not a cash award and does not reimburse for any certification-related fees or associated expenses. The program is designed to help HR professionals advance their credentials and career development through SHRM certification.
