Description
The SICI Membership Development Fund (SMDF) 2025–26 provides financial support to Canadian Members Council (CMC) institutions of the Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute (SICI) to organize events that promote SICI's mandates, benefits, and programs. The fund aims to increase awareness of SICI opportunities, foster faculty, student, and staff engagement, and strengthen institutional ties between Canada and India through targeted outreach activities. Eligible events include SICI-focused information sessions and integration with broader academic or cultural events highlighting India–Canada collaboration, provided SICI promotion is a central component.
