The Singapore–Southeast Asia Fellowship (S-SEAF) is designed to strengthen research networks and regional capability-building through two-way talent mobility, knowledge exchange, and collaborative research between Singapore and Southeast Asia. The fellowship supports both inbound (ASEAN researchers to Singapore) and outbound (Singapore researchers to Southeast Asia) pathways for research stints of 6–24 months, with a focus on key scientific themes and the four Research, Innovation and Enterprise (RIE) domains. Fellows are expected to actively participate in research group activities, comply with host institution and A*STAR policies, and contribute to ongoing collaboration in the region.
