The Singapore–Southeast Asia Fellowship (S-SEAF) is designed to strengthen research networks between Singapore and Southeast Asia by supporting two-way research talent mobility, knowledge exchange, and collaborative research projects. Fellows work at host institutions in Singapore or Southeast Asia, deepening scientific partnerships and contributing to regional capability-building. The program prioritizes research in Infectious Diseases and welcomes proposals across the four Research, Innovation and Enterprise (RIE) domains: Manufacturing, Trade and Connectivity; Human Health and Potential; Urban Solutions and Sustainability; and Smart Nation and Digital Economy.
