The Singapore–Southeast Asia Fellowship (S-SEAF) aims to strengthen research networks and capacity between Singapore and Southeast Asia by supporting two-way talent mobility, knowledge exchange, and collaborative research in key thematic areas. The fellowship provides funding for outstanding post-PhD researchers to undertake research at a host institution in Singapore (for inbound fellows) or in another Southeast Asian country (for outbound fellows). Priority is given to proposals aligned with Infectious Diseases and other national or regional research priorities, but applications in all four Research, Innovation and Enterprise (RIE) domains are welcome.
