The SDRC will support the final 3 years of the consortium, focusing on meeting participant enrollment targets, completing follow-up, and enabling comprehensive data analysis and dissemination of study findings. The COPE-AKI study addresses the critical gap in standard of care for patients discharged after hospitalization with acute kidney injury (AKI), aiming to generate evidence that will inform clinical management strategies and the development of standard care protocols for survivors of Stage 2 and 3 AKI.
