This program funds the organization of short-term (up to 14 days) workshops for students and early-career researchers from China and Germany. Supported by the German Research Foundation (DFG) and the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), these workshops aim to facilitate collaborative training, seminars, and exchanges in fields such as mathematical sciences, natural sciences, life sciences, engineering, earth sciences, and management sciences. Each workshop must have a distinctly Sino-German character, ensure balanced participation from both countries, and promote gender diversity. Proposals must be jointly submitted and led by eligible researchers from both countries.
