Description
The SIOP Small Grant Program supports research-related activities for members of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), with a focus on projects that bridge academic and practical interests in industrial and organizational psychology. The program is designed to stimulate collaboration between academics and practitioners, funding research with the potential to advance both theoretical knowledge and applied practice in the field. Projects should address topics of broad significance to the SIOP community and demonstrate clear academic–practitioner partnerships. Recipients are expected to deliver impactful research outputs, including a final report within two years and an abstract for the SIOP website.
