Description
The Site Development Grant program, administered by the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (TNECD), provides funding to enhance the readiness and quality of industrial sites across Tennessee. The program aims to improve Select Tennessee certified sites and help other locations achieve certification, increasing their attractiveness for business investment and fostering economic growth in local communities. Eligible activities include infrastructure construction, property acquisition, site preparation, due diligence studies, building rehabilitation, brownfield remediation, and speculative building construction.
