Description
The Idaho Commission for Libraries offers annual mini-grants to help Idaho’s publicly funded elementary and secondary schools build or refresh their library collections. These grants are designed to address the persistent lack of current, high-quality books in many Idaho school libraries, especially for early readers and secondary students. The funding aims to provide students with engaging reading materials essential for developing strong literacy skills, supporting academic recovery, and fostering lifelong learning. Grantees also receive a day of library-specific professional development and additional support for literacy projects during the grant year.
