Description
The Small Grants Program from the National Association of Neonatal Nurses (NANN) is designed to foster research and evidence-based practice (EBP) capacity among neonatal nurses. The program provides funding and structured mentorship to nurses who are new to research or EBP proposal writing, or who have not previously secured significant funding, enabling them to launch their own studies or quality improvement projects. The overarching aim is to advance neonatal nursing knowledge, encourage innovation, and build a foundation for future nurse-led research.
The program is particularly focused on supporting mentee-mentor collaborations, helping early-career nurses or those with limited research experience to develop and implement impactful projects in neonatal care.
