Description
The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida’s Small Organization Grants support small and grassroots nonprofit organizations making a local impact. The program funds projects that meet community needs, build organizational capacity, or both. Support can strengthen organizations or help develop their programs through one-time grants.
Typical priorities include neighborhood improvement, neighborhood leadership and identity, unmet basic needs such as hunger and clothing, and nonprofit training, planning, and coaching. The program also supports mentoring, enrichment, and after-school activities for under-resourced children and youth, as well as work advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. These focus areas guide funding but are not exclusive.
