The Smart Growth Grant, offered by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), is designed to help state and local REALTOR® associations advance programs, policies, and initiatives that support two or more of the 10 Smart Growth Principles. The grant program provides funding for educational efforts, stakeholder engagement, and comprehensive community planning activities that enhance land use and transportation systems. There are three grant levels, each with specific funding caps and activity requirements, to support projects ranging from educational events to comprehensive community initiatives with broad, long-term impact.
