The Smart Growth Grant program, administered by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), is designed to help state and local REALTOR® associations advance community initiatives that align with the 10 Smart Growth Principles. Grants are available in three levels to support a range of activities—from education and coalition building to comprehensive community planning and policy advocacy.
