Description
The Community Development Advocacy Grants, administered by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), are designed to empower state and local REALTOR® associations to lead advocacy, education, and outreach projects addressing local community challenges. The program encompasses Fair Housing, Housing Opportunity, Placemaking, Rural Outreach, and Smart Growth grants. These grants support initiatives such as expanding affordable housing, advancing fair housing, creating vibrant public spaces, strengthening rural communities, and promoting sustainable growth.
