Description
The Smithsonian Biodiversity Genomics Postdoctoral Fellowship Program (BioG) provides funding for innovative postdoctoral research projects that utilize comparative genomic approaches—such as phylogenomics, population genomics, metagenomics, or transcriptomics—with a significant bioinformatics component. The fellowship is designed to foster collaboration across Smithsonian facilities, including the National Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Conservation Biology Institute/National Zoological Park, Smithsonian Environmental Research Center, and Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute in Panama.
