Description
This program offers Massachusetts municipalities up to 80 hours of technical assistance from a MassDEP Municipal Assistance Coordinator (MAC) to develop or implement a single recycling or waste reduction project. The initiative aims to help communities address high-priority issues such as recycling, solid waste management, or Pay-As-You-Throw (PAYT) systems by providing expert guidance and hands-on support. Assistance is non-monetary and delivered through direct staff time and expertise.
