The John Doull Award is presented annually by the Central States Chapter of the Society of Toxicology (CS-SOT) to honor an outstanding member’s contributions to the discipline of toxicology and to the chapter. It recognizes professional contributions and chapter service rather than supporting a specified research project or program of scientific work.
Each year, the chapter calls for nominations before its fall meeting. The award is presented at the annual CS-SOT fall meeting, and the recipient receives a medal. The honor brings together recognition of contributions to toxicology as a discipline and to the chapter’s professional community.
