Key Information: Applicants must be CTPVSS members or have pending membership and be first, equal-contribution first, or last authors.
The Society of Toxicology’s Comparative Toxicology, Pathology, and Veterinary Specialty Section (CTPVSS) recognizes outstanding research communicated through a peer-reviewed publication. This is a publication-based recognition award rather than support for a proposed research project. Eligible work includes published original research as well as articles accepted for publication or in press.
The award focuses on veterinary toxicology, in vivo toxicology, comparative pathology, toxico-pathology, and other topics within CTPVSS’s scope and mission. The section provides a platform for scientists interested in comparative and veterinary toxicology, experimental pathology, and in vivo animal models. Its awards committee determines the winner or winners, with recognition acknowledging the article and its authors.
