Description
The CVTSS Impact Award is offered by the Cardiovascular Toxicology Specialty Section (CVTSS) of the Society of Toxicology (SOT). It recognizes an exceptional, recently published paper for its impact on scientific advancement in cardiovascular toxicology. Rather than funding a proposed research project, the award honors an accomplishment already represented in a scientific publication.
Papers may appear in any peer-reviewed journal, provided they meet the specified publication window. Recognition centers on the paper’s contribution to advancing the field, supported by the publication and documentation of its scientific impact. A single recipient receives a cash award and plaque, along with acknowledgment at the CVTSS Reception.
