Description
The Society of Toxicology’s Drug Discovery Toxicology Specialty Section (DDTSS) administers the Paper of the Year Award to highlight scientific achievement in Discovery Toxicology. The award recognizes work reported in a research paper rather than supporting a proposed research project. It is intended to bring the selected research to the attention of the specialty section and recognize its scientific contribution.
The recipient receives a financial award and a plaque at the DDTSS reception, where there is also an opportunity to present the recognized work. Students, postdoctoral researchers, and colleagues are encouraged to make their research known through this opportunity.
