    Description

The DTSS Edgewell Personal Care Student Award is offered through the Society of Toxicology (SOT) and sponsored by Edgewell Personal Care. It recognizes a student whose body of work represents outstanding achievement in dermal toxicology. The award centers on research accepted for presentation at the SOT Annual Meeting, rather than funding a separately proposed research project.

The recipient receives monetary recognition and a certificate at the SOT Annual Meeting. The award also connects the student with the Dermal Toxicology Specialty Section (DTSS), whose members hear a short presentation of the recognized work at the section’s annual meeting. In exceptional circumstances, a DTSS-organized webinar provides an alternative presentation setting.
