The Society of Toxicology (SOT) offers this travel award to help young investigators attend its Annual Meeting and present their research. Made possible by the Health and Environmental Science Institute Immunotoxicology Young Investigator Award Fund of the SOT Endowment Fund, it supports meeting participation and career development in immunotoxicology rather than a separate research project.
The award welcomes US and international investigators working in immunotoxicology or a closely related discipline. Recognition considers applicants’ contributions to the field and their potential future contributions. Applicants explain how attending the meeting will advance their careers, with supporting evidence from a current advisor or employer. The recipient receives a cash award and an engraved plaque.
